We build pools the way modular buildings are built.

Chuchen Pools designs and builds prefabricated swimming pools from hot-dip galvanized steel panels and a welded PVC liner. Based in Changzhou, Jiangsu, working across China since 2017.

01 — Who we are

Panels cut and folded in Changzhou, bolted together on site.

No formwork, no curing, no wet trades. That is the whole proposition, and it is why the projects we get are usually the ones a concrete contractor has already declined.

We began building in 2017 and have completed more than a hundred pools since, mostly for hotels, schools and private villas across China.

Our work concentrates on the projects that cast-in-place concrete handles badly: rooftops, basements inside existing buildings, irregular shapes, and pools that have to be finished before a season opens.

Our first overseas project, in Lebanon, is currently in design. We would rather say that plainly than claim a list of export markets we have not served.

02 — Where it is made

Come and watch the panels being cut.

Buyers are welcome to visit the workshop and watch panels being cut, folded and pre-assembled before placing an order. For a first order from a new market, we would rather you saw it than took our word for it.

03 — Commercial terms

How we quote, and what we promise.

A 25 × 6 m teaching pool and a 25 × 25 m competition pool differ in panel count, bracing, liner area and plant. Quoting from a fixed price list would mislead both of us.

04 — To quote

Five things we need from you.

With these five, the quotation is a real number. Without them, it is a range with a caveat attached — and a range with a caveat is not much use to you.

Size

Pool length, width and depth.

Use

Training, resort, villa, rooftop, spa.

Heating

Heated or unheated.

Scope

Structure only, or complete plant.

Port

Destination port.

05 — Installation

Three ways to get the pool built.

Commissioning and operator training are included in all three. Which one you choose depends on whether you have a crew you trust and whether anyone on site has bolted a panel before.

Remote

Drawings and video support

Shop drawings, assembly manual, video calls and daily questions. No charge. Suitable for buyers who have assembled modular structures before.

Supervision

One or two technicians

Our technicians direct your labour force on site. The middle option, and the one most first orders use.

Full installation

Our own crew

We build it. Quoted per project, including travel, and subject to visa and site access requirements in your country.

Questions

Ask us the awkward ones first.

Export experience, references, tolerances, what happens if a panel is damaged in transit — better asked before the order than after it.
